Qualifications:
● Any Bachelor’s Degree holder in the Medical Field (i.e. Nursing, Psychology) preferred or any HR related course
● Good communication skills (lively and pleasing over the phone)
● Willing to work Shifting Schedules and possible 12 hours weekend work
● Willing to work in Makati City if needed
● High level of attention to detail
Tasks & Responsibilities:
● Staffs or schedules nurse to different facilities AM and PM staffing
● Enters detail of the nurses and their shifts in the system
● Coordinates with payroll and credentialing
● Fills the needs of the facilities (per diem) medical and non-medical facilities based on a nurse registry
● Answers all the inquiries of nurses, clients, and facilities
● Schedules Charting System training for the new nurses
