Monitor closely the current accounts and costs of the office
Overseeing the accounting work
Update internal systems with financial data
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports alongside the accountant
Reconcile bank statements
Participate in financial audits
Track bank deposits and payments
Assist with budget preparation
Develop, review and implement financial policies and processes
Create financial reports with analysis on a quarterly and annual basis to drive strategy and business direction
Expected outputs:
1. Monthly a. Financial Report Analysis (complete with all COA, T&B, P&L sheets and analysis) b. Budget Reports (using the 260 Inc. Key Financial Indicator Templates)
2. Weekly: a. Project Costs and Analysis b. Project Contract Updating and Tracking
Qualifications/Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Finance Associate or similar role
Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using financial software
Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge of financial regulations
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Sharp time management skills
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
Highly encouraged to be a graduate of BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or similar.
Has experience with coordination with government authorities such as the BIR, SEC, etc.
Good coordination and communication skills with clients, partners, and suppliers for any financial related queries
