Your role & responsibilities

• Provides support on updating documents for process alignment between Coal Business Unit, Fuel Management, Supply Chain Management, and Oil Business Unit for AP and GNPD/GMEC.
• Gather relevant information to supplement, verify and double-check the information provided by the project team.
• Creates tabulation of Certificate of Sampling and Analysis (COSA) of delivered shipments.
• Prepares Requests for Payment of various contractors of the site and facilitates processing through close coordination with Accounting and Finance Group. Ensures that RFP endorsements are correct and complete with document bases.
• Maintains weekly/monthly reports to key stakeholders for easy tracking of the status of the project.

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Business or Engineering course
• At least 1 year experience in the logistics function of a plant or relevant experience
• Fresh graduates with good scholastic records are highly considered.
• Communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
