The HR Assistant for Talent Attraction shall be primarily responsible for providing support throughout the recruitment life cycle of selected recruitment requirements and the proper execution of Talent Attraction programs with the aim of building and enhancing AboitizPower's candidate experience, employer branding as well as other assignments and responsibilities designated by the Company. This role will also provide support to the following:

  • Employer Brand initiatives through campaign ideation, content gathering, content creation and campaign execution in order to effectively communicate AboitizPower’s employer value proposition to external and internal stakeholders
  • 1AP talent community population and engagement efforts
  • Initiating, securing, and maintaining partnerships with educational institutions in order to promote the company’s Employer Brand and build talent communities
  • Talent attraction services to selected recruitment requirements. This includes sourcing through internal and external online platforms, conducting initial assessments, administering online examinations, and onboarding the talents
  • Delivery of a positive candidate experience and integration of the company’s employer brand throughout the recruitment lifecycle of candidates for new hires
  • Providing a positive and memorable pre-boarding and onboarding experience of newly hired talents, internally transferred team members and team leaders by implementing the onboarding program, regularly reviewing the onboarding process, and recommending improvements
  • Assists in the implementation of the company’s employee referral program
  • Draft communication and announcements for new hires
