What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I feel well-compensated considering this is my first job and it's an entry level position.

I'm okay with it since my salary won't be taxed.

The pay is just fine. I wish it to be higher.
Intern, Toledo City, Cebu - 09 Nov 2023
Ever since I applied, I really know that the pay is not gonna be that High, but I am satisfied with it because I know how much more in technical knowledge improvement I will gain from this program. So I am satisfied with my financial situation right now, also our HR department are also quick on setting up our payroll and guiding us on the things we need to properly set up our pay. So truly, I am satisfied with not only getting paid, but also being trained by a well established company

They are competitive.

My pay is higher than what is considered the norm in the Philippines for fresh graduates and newly licensed engineers. Also, I enjoy a 13th-month pay and bonus despite being with the company for less than a year.
Graduate, Calauan, Laguna , Philippines - 09 Nov 2023
It is very decent but of course, I wouldnt complain if it was higher. It is difficult to work so far from my permanent home and live far from the city so that travel time can be less. The work is very demanding of the body as well so there are added costs for medicine and health maintenance. The bonus is based on performance but it is very hard to control as there are a lot of groups that affect the overall performance of the plant and you can only do so much on your shifts but you cannot controll how the other groups perform.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
They provide generous leave policies and holiday pays.

The only perks I've received for now is the free shuttle and appreciation chocolates.

Health insurance is good. Free food during seminars and trainings is good. Fitness Wednesdays are good. Encouraging a good and healthy life-work balance is good
Graduate, Davao City - 09 Nov 2023
The compensation is exceptionally good for an entry-level position. Additionally, there are benefits such as performance-based bonuses, a rice allowance, and transportation services, with more to look forward to upon regularization.
