At ABS-CBN Digital, we are fortunate to continue working from home, which provides us with greater flexibility in how we accomplish our tasks.

Morning

I start my day by checking my phone to review my schedule. Before my first meeting, I usually play with my niece and enjoy breakfast without worrying about being late. Most of my mornings are spent in online meetings, although we occasionally go to the office for face-to-face meetings.

Lunch Break

During face-to-face meetings, we take the opportunity to have lunch together with our teammates.

Afternoon

When I have a light schedule, I often head to a coffee shop to work on tasks such as answering emails, reviewing presentations, checking the progress of projects, and handling other requirements. I typically end my workday by reviewing my schedule for the next day.

After Work

At ABS-CBN, we believe in work-life balance. We often go out to catch up over drinks. When I'm at home, I have time to go to the gym or enjoy dinner with family and friends since I'm not stuck in traffic.

Working for a company like ABS-CBN – which puts value in autonomy and flexibility—is an incredible blessing. It has empowered me to manage my time and tasks in a way that best suits my needs. This level of trust not only enhances my productivity but also improves my work-life balance, allowing me to excel professionally while still enjoying personal passions and family time.
