Your role

Account hard copies received and transmittal to onsite/offsite storage

Responsibilities:

• Accounting of hard copies received.
• Identify the owner of loose receipts and employees who has not submitted hard copies.
• Input hard copies received in the system (EMS).
• Monitoring and identification of employees who have not submitted hard copies.
• Application of barcode sticker
• Transmittal of hard copies to offsite storage

About you

• Graduate with bachelor’s degree.
• Open to Senior High School Graduates and College Fresh Graduates
• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an Admin role. (Manual Accounting and filing of hard copies)
• OJT Experience of 6 months to 1 year in an Admin role can be considered for fresh grads
• Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office tools and applications
• Work Arrangement: Onsite
• Work Location: Boni, Mandaluyong City.
• Work Schedule: 9 am-6 pm.
