Your responsibilities

• Perform validation and data entry of the document details according to existing policies
• Manage queries and escalate the issue to the Leads if the request is out of scope
• Verify request if compliant and provide recommendations in the event that the request is non-compliant 
• Generates reports, provide insights, and publish to stakeholders
• Coordinate with client to provide resolution and/or action to mitigate issues or potential risk
