Bonus are given with employees with perfect attendance. There is also a bonus when the company performs well in the end of a fiscal year.

I never experienced delayed salary. They are fair. We are satisfied with how much our company gave to us

for me AMPI paid employee well and ahead of date.

Aside from the benefits I have mentioned in the earlier question such as HMO, Shuttle Busses, Meal and Rice Allowances, and Bonuses; I think the most unusual of all is that this company cares for its employees health by giving free monthly box of vitamins and also encouraging employees to get vaccinated during this pandemic.
