Your role

The channel compliance team will be the business partner for Internal Audit reviews and ensure continuous monitoring of measures within the distribution policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Perform analysis to accurately tag situations where distributors are not in compliance with our distribution policy & procedure agreement.  Provide details to the distributors and work collaboratively to find root causes and implement systems or process fixes.
• Review distributor POS,  ship & debit claims, inventory, and end customer backlog reporting for accuracy and completion based on agreed-upon reporting requirements. Communicate variances with distributors and work together to figure out the root cause and align with the channel operations team to ensure priority and resolution.
• Work closely with Channel Operations group as well as distribution partners to enact meaningful change in their processes
• Partner with internal audit for distribution reviews. Walk through internal audit details and findings with distributors and internal audit teams; Report on findings.

About you

Qualifications of ADI’s Operations Analyst:

• BS/BA required
• Highly detail-oriented and solutions-driven with excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Background using data to drive business decisions
• Background in data analytics preferred
• Knowledge of Qlikview, Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools preferred
