Read moreThe Property Specialist is responsible for selling Anchor Land Condominium projects. Look for prospective clients based on the profile of the target market and deliver a proper presentation about the project focus, its features, and benefits.
- A Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales, hotel management, insurance, marketing, property development, or other related fields.
- Possessed Exceptional Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills.
- Must be proficient in speaking, writing, and reading in English and Tagalog.
- For candidates that will be assigned to Binondo Area- candidates must be knowledgeable in speaking, writing, and reading MANDARIN.
- Computer-proficient.
- Currently residing in NCR
