Working for an organisation that prioritises the health, safety, and wellbeing of its people was also ranked the highest with 99% of employees finding Aurecon a physically safe place to work, and 95% saying the work environment at Aurecon is friendly and welcoming and encourages a culture of collaboration and fun that allows them to enjoy working as part of a team.
