The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR / Centre or School operations especially on areas of HR administration, payroll management, P & L and business development of educational / children developmental or related service is an advantage
  • Must be results-oriented with a strong customer service orientation and culturally sensitive
  • Team facilitation skills , experience and demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems impacting people, process and program issues are needed
  • Must be able to operate independently where appropriate, but understand when to escalate issues
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written English) are required
  • Computer literate, good understanding of technology, social networking and net-engagement is preferred
  • Confident, cheerful, and proactive with a positive attitude

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning for development of ABA therapy service for the Philippines  office.
  • To pro-actively manage the day to day operations of the business, including full spectrum of HR, administrative and overseeing the finance aspect –including monthly invoicing to customers, and monthly reports to management
  • Provide professional customer care service, such as introducing therapy details, retain a clear understanding of parent needs and proposing suitable course packages and efficient follow-ups are required
  • The organization, communication and detailed daily management of therapist’s schedule, including planning holiday and emergency cover across all venues, to best satisfy parents and therapists as well as to achieve resources optimization
  • Lead and build a better workplace by improving staff’s satisfaction through various staff initiatives
  • Assisting with office administration and other general business operations where required by Directors and where the needs of the business dictate.
  • Marketing, carry out marketing tasks to raise brand awareness also networking with relevant places and organizations

Work experience
