Your role

The Customer Care Specialist handles customer requests, inquiries and complaints escalated by frontliners, Senior Management, or regulators, and ensures effective management of incidents related to ULC products. He or She also assists in the review of processes and customer communications related to ULC products and implements improvements as necessary

Training & development

• Officers training programs - which initiate new officers into their leadership roles.

Compensation & benefits

According to research, the salary estimate is PHP 8,300 to PHP 23,000 per month. Some of the benefits may include:

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication
• With exposure in handling customer concerns and/or complaints
• Basic computer application (word processing / spreadsheets / etc.)
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Preferably at least 2 years' experience in similar function
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Probing and negotiation skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
