Your role

  • Designs and maintains the job matrix and tables of organization of all jobs in the organization, keeping in mind sound principles of organizational design
  • Audits the business units as the potential changes in job descriptions are identified
  • Evaluates new job descriptions and put them into the job matrix. Maintains the database of all job descriptions and tables of the organization
  • Checks the consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and procedures
  • Facilitates the process of the new job position creation
  • Cooperates with Total Rewards on the grading of job positions and assigning the correct optimum salary
  • Conducts regular audits of the organizational structure and recommends changes to make the organization more efficient
  • Participates in HR Projects and organization-wide projects
