In the 1980s, BPI evolved into a fully diversified universal bank with the help of the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of the Philippines (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) when it began to offer consumer and investment banking services on top of its traditional commercial banking activities.

Your role

This position is responsible for providing immediate support to the Corporate Secretary and Corporate Secretary Officers in arranging the schedules and agenda of meetings of the Board of Directors (Board and Committees) of BPI Parent and its subsidiaries, disseminating essential documents and information to the members of the Board, and preparing drafts of minutes of the meetings of certain BPI subsidiaries and other documents requested from the Corporate Secretary and Corporate Secretary Officers from time to time.

Compensation & benefits

• Business Administration/Banking and Commerce/Communication Arts
• Exp in the banking industry is an advantage
• Proficient in Word, Spreadsheet, and Presentation Software - Information Technology (e.g. Management of Virtual Meetings, File Sharing)
