Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of bank statements according to standard process documentation (i.e Bank Statement posting, Transitory Bank Account Clearing, and Bank Account maintenance)
• Performs month-end closing activities
• Participates in the discussions on operational-related topics during stakeholders' call/meeting
• Performs ICS controls (TBA 01 and Bank Recon) and provides assistance on all audit and ICS requests and concerns
• Identifies potentials issues on assigned sub-process level or specific sub-process
• Contributes to continuous process improvement
• Complies with accounting standards, policies, and procedures
• Builds solid knowledge of the sub-process

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy course or any similar course
• Professional Experience in Accounting Functions with SAP understanding is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills and keenness in details
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Driven and motivated
• Flexible and adaptable to changes
