Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
In our team, we have an open communication and light and friendly environment. My team members are very approachable. Now, we don't get to go out after office because of work from home set up but our chat box are open for non work related topics.

Here at BBSPI, we strongly promotes work-life balance. There are so many rewards and recognition that one can earn for performing its best-both for individual and on a team level category. At the same time, the company knows also when to pamper its employees by giving us our well deserved breaks- be it vacation leaves and other recreation acitivities outside work. During pre-pandemic, the company offers different variety of activities to choose from (e.g yoga, zumba classes) and especially Bayer Cup-to showcase athletheism and competitiveness of the employees and the much awaited grand celebration of Year-end Party where we get to unite and enjoy all the same time.

The employees in Bayer are so approachable and responsible. Though I haven't met yet my co-workmates, I was able to connect with them and be-friend with them. The team I belong to is very responsible team as we were awarded to be the best team last year until third quarter this year.

I wasn't able to experience work on-site at Bayer since I was hired during the pandemic and WFH was already implemented by then. But still, I've always felt a strong relationship with my colleagues. Especially when other teams need support and on engagement activities such as APversity.

We have a fri-yay - every friday we play games and bond as a team. My co-workers are also proactive and helpful in training. We often like to stay in contact so if anyone needs help with work we can help them understand what they dont so they can perform better.
