Diversity at Bayer GBS Manila

In our company, we have a variety of employees, different nationality, different language, different gender and more. Our company is open and promoting proudly on how diverse we are and how despite this difference, we can still a whole organization. The company have projects and programs that promotes diversity and inclusion.

As far as I know, Bayer is very open and active in terms of inclusion and diversity topics. Ethnic minorities, being part of the LGBT, etc were definitely not a problem with the company.In fact, the company promotes and supports different initiatives that embraces these issues. For example, we have deaf-mutes colleagues in our department, and to better understand and connect with them, we were given trainings about sign languages.

The Company promote equality among individuals.

I do not see any issue regarding respect and diversity in our company as well as in the recruitment and other matters.

Bayer promotes Diversity and Inclusion in the organization. We have activities for these and really appreciate that Bayer offers equal opportunity for all regardless of gender, ethnicity, orientation, etc.

We have a group here called Bayer Resource Groups that promote inclusive and diversity in the company. We also have some deaf colleagues working with us now.

One of the programs of our company on hiring is the referral system wherein employees are given the chance to refer a prospect. This program helps to reach out in a wide variety of job seekers.

The Company offer trainings.

Our company has a referral system that allows employees to refer anyone with any background as long as they are qualified for the position being applied to.

They do not limit the career opportunities to others who wish to apply. It opens opportunities to all.

They focus more on the capabilities and not the social background. Everyone here has a change to apply.
