Management at Bayer GBS Manila

I am satisfied with our managers. We have a skip level meeting with them wherein we discuss our comments, suggestions and feedback to the company. We also have townhalls wherein we meet our managers and we can ask questions to them .

Here at BBSPI, all employee's concern, requests and issues-if any are addressed on a regular basis. We had skip level meetings, surveys, etc to really account for the employee's voice to which management will anchor their next steps or how would they will address those concerns/ needs. We also practice regular exchange of feedback and best practice sharing.

Managers are approachable. They are good mentors. They always recognize your effort in the job. Also, they are doing their best to help their handle FTE's for their career growth

Yes. They are one chat away and are not hard to reach out to. My team leader is always checking on me if I'm getting enough rest especially when my team leader notices that I've been working more than our required working hours.

Really appreciate the great leadership of managers in Bayer. I really see in them the LIFE values of Bayer. The are very supportive of us in our endeavors and they are also constantly checking on us in our JFs.

They are very approachable here and check up on their employees from time to time

Yes. They check on us weekly for our progress, and those who are a bit lagging behind - they setup a catch up training and re-assess them.
