During my time, the hiring process consist of a 2 level assessment. 1.Interview with HR- The initial interview with the sourcing team of HR. If the applicant received a positive feedback, they will be endorsing the successful applicant to the respective department (S2P in my case) 2.Interview with Team Leads- in here, a panel of team leads will be throwing questions to the aspirant and will be assessed- based on answers given, if /she is the most qualified applicant for the said role. After passing both interviews, the applicant will be given the job offer (includes the contract ,discussion of benefits, compensation, and all the things you need to know ). Once the applicant approves and signs the contact, he/she will be given the list of all needed requirements to be completed before he/she is officially hired.

As Jonathan Yabut (Apprentice Asia Winner) said, resume is your golden ticket in landing an interview for a job, I believe having a carefully and strategically penned (1.)resume is the first step in branding yourself. There are so many articles you can find in the net teaching us the do's and don'ts in preparing our resume but for me- its keeping it simple, straightforward and more importantly it shows a clear depiction of your assests and showcasing what can you bring to the table. (not an expert though, purely based on my experience) 2.Acing the interview-Do a research of the company ,(what are their goals, objectives etc.) master the frequently asked questions in an interview , and the most important part, show and convince them that you the most qualified for the role by selling them your competencies and capabilities.

Just be yourself in the interview. This will determine if you really are a right fit for the company. Of course, it wouldn't hurt to learn as well of the company and discover it's values and culture and how they align with yours.
Midlevel, Taguig - 12 Nov 2021
They just need to be themselves and must have good communication skills since we are a multinational company.
Experienced, Taguig - 11 Nov 2021
Be yourself as much as possible. Do not underestimate yourself. That way you can really assess the company if you're a perfect fit for their environment. Its normal to be nervous, but don't let that hold you back.
