Currently working in a WFH set up, the company offers a very flexible working shift.Due to unforseen and uncontrollable issues at times (like slowinternet connection and power outage), we are allowed to choose any shift comfortable and doable on out part as long as we can still deliver our daily targets.

We are working 8 hours daily in a week. But sometimes we also work overtime whenever needed.

I usually start working at 9AM then work until I complete my tasks especially my ADP. We're also allowed to change shift to mid shift (starting at 1 pm) if we ever have urgent matters to attend to in the morning

Bayer is very flexible in terms of work hours. We have a No TITO(No time in/time out). We could work on our convenience and as well as which work hours suits us.

When you need to step out to do some errands, you just need to align it with your back up and leads. You just need to make sure you do your work good for 8 hours.

Right now i work 9-6 pm or 8-5pm. I'm a working student so i still have classes 5-10pm. My meetings usually start at 9 or 10 am and finishes at 5pm. If i have a 5pm class, i usually read my seminars in advance. The company is very flexible, I mean at least right now that its WFH setup.
