The office provides a conducive working environment. There are a lot of amenities employee can use - be it work related or for recreational purposes. As for the dress code, during pre pandemic we are mandated to be at 'relaxed' dress code.The company is not that strict when it comes to dress code- but we always make sure to present ourselves decent.

The offices are well-ventilated. The equipment's needed are complete and in good condition. The Company also provide dress code for the employees.

Haven't been to the office yet since we are purely work from home. But they are very organized to whom should only be on the site especially in this pandemic. Employee safety is still the priority of Bayer.
