We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our Talent Acquisition department’s daily activities.
The Recruitment Intern’s responsibilities include sourcing through various online job boards, updating our applicant database with candidate information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Our Recruitment interns typically have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Update candidate information, including contact details and assessment results in our applicant database
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Maintain and update employee referrals
- Prepare related reports as needed (like weekly updates)
- Address employee queries about referral programs (like the status of referrals)
- Participate in recruitment events and careers fairs
Must-have:
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Organizational skills
- Enrolled this SY2022-2023 in Psychology or any related fields in Behavioral Science
- Memorandum of Agreement to be signed by both parties
- Minimum of 300 OJT hours
- Must be willing to work from home or in-office as required
