Your responsibilities

• Sort and process all incoming faxes using RingCentral
• Upload patient documents into Tebra
• Forward faxes to the correct departments
• Add referrals to the new patient tracker
• Process requests for medical records from patients, attorneys, and insurance companies

Training & development

BruntWork is adopting mindfulness training for fresh graduates to improve their well-being and engagement and as a result productivity. Mindfulness training involves teaching or learning various mindfulness techniques. They provide a full-day training session to ensure awareness of Western communication styles, including working with customers in countries such as Australia, the US, Canada, and the UK.

Schedule: 1130 PM to 8 AM Manila Time (8:30 am to 5 pm PDT) Monday to Thursday and 11:15 PM to 6 AM Manila Time (8:15 am to 3 pm PDT) Friday, with 30-minute paid lunch
