Your role & responsibilities

The Property Management Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their property management department. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to marketing emails and texts for rental properties
  • Schedule appointments between tenants and property managers
  • Answer basic questions about properties like rent, amenities, requirements, etc.
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate property manager

Training & development

BruntWork is adopting mindfulness training for fresh graduates to improve their well-being and engagement and as a result productivity. Mindfulness training involves teaching or learning various mindfulness techniques. They provide a full-day training session to ensure awareness of Western communication styles, including working with customers in countries such as Australia, the US, Canada, and the UK.

Mon-Fri 12 AM - 9 AM Manila Time (9 am - 6 pm Pacific; includes 1 hr unpaid break)
