Your role & responsibilities

Leading tech innovator in the outdoor guiding industry. They provide guides with free, personalized business websites, and offer payment processing services through a revolutionary business management tool.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to creating unique content and descriptions in the guides’ profile and website.
• Contact guides to welcome them on the platform, website, or new feature utilization and identify training opportunities.
• Train guides on maximizing the company’s offered services and technology, in alignment with company True North Metrics.
• Meet goals by increasing the count of guides on the platform with websites.
• Meet goals increasing guide product feature utilization.
• Extract and prepare leads and leads reports for the Sales Team.
• Contribute to process improvement through suggestions, analytics, and feedback.
• Contribute data to reports that represent productivity, project progress, and goal achievement.
• Prioritize and muti-task on deliverables based on supervisor/client directives.

About you

Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Be resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work schedule: Thursday to Monday, 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM Philippine Time with 1hr unpaid break.
