Your responsibilities

• Complete Orders on Jot forms.
• Update daily the worker's compensation and request for authorization tracker.
• Obtain authorization from insurance companies for workers' compensation claims.
• Process request for authorization.
• Schedule peer to peer.
• Replying to incoming emails (this is your crucial responsibility and should be taken very seriously).
• Create charts for new worker's compensation patients.
• Obtain determinations for treatment /services requested.
• Process denials.

About you

Requirements:

• Good communication is the key to success.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
• Healthcare or medical experience required.
• Experience with Jot Forms or similar software is preferred, but not required.
• As this is work from home, you need your computer and internet to support calls and videos.

Schedule: Full time, Monday to Thursday:  8:30 am to 5:00 pm with unpaid 30-minute lunch (12:00 am - 9:00 am Manila Time) and Friday 8:15 am to 3:00 pm with unpaid 30-minute lunch (12:15 am - 7:00 am Manila Time)
