Your role

ByteDance is opening its doors for aspiring interns to join their E-commerce team in Taguig, Philippines.

Global e-commerce is content e-commerce business mainly based on diversified and tailored livestreaming and short videos.

Main responsibilities of the role are:

• Planning and execution of ecommerce partners recruitment and development
• Formulating management and supporting policies for ecommerce partners
• Coordinating internal and external teams to select, identify and secure resources for the growth of potential ecommerce partners
• Providing ongoing support and training to ecommerce partners to improve performance, and evaluate ecommerce partners

About you

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Logic, analytical and good at problem solving and framework building
• Excellent ability to solve problems, deal with uncertainties and handle pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both in team collaboration and with offline merchants
• Actively enrolled University student
