The company has those kind of leaves. Also, as of now, I don't experience any discrimination with my race and gender.

Since our company is multinational, we have teammates from all over the world. I think there is a balance in the treatment for all nationalities and genders in the company.

The free learning platform. Capgemini is in partnership with several course platforms wherein some people need to pay for a course. But when you are part of the company, it is free.
