Your responsibilities

  • Build tools by developing statistical models, applying advanced statistical techniques, or using visualization to answer business questions, and/or improve processes. Analyze, translate, and simplify requirements from stakeholders OR Propose solutions/improvements to stakeholders.
  • Generate insights from data leading to a deeper understanding of Cebu Pacific customers.                        
  • Create reports and automate them. Analyze, translate, and simplify requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create and cascade model management frameworks. 

Training & development 

Cebu Pacific Air launched a training program for new pilots to secure requirements for its expanding fleet while broadening the pool of potential candidates by initially shouldering traditionally high tuition fees. Candidates will be carefully screened and undergo a 56-week training program, after which they will become Cebu Pacific's first officers flying domestic and international routes.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics.
  • Proficient / Develop proficiency in statistical programming – SAS, R, etc. Prior experience in R is highly valued.
  • Understands data, data structures.
  • Good statistical aptitude, ability to story-tell from data.
  • Able to work and make sense of ambiguity in initial data or requirements.
  • Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
