Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate with different departments on requirements that will help attain optimized revenues.
  • Initiate and recommend competitive pricing in the assigned routes, inclusive of FITs and Groups.
  • Determine the allocation of seats on the different fare buckets in assigned routes.
  • Ensures seat revenues are optimized.
  • Conduct tactical activities including promotional sales and schedule optimization.
  • Recommend usage of Equipment based on route performance.
  • Participate actively in Commercial functions, in coordination with other Commercial departments/units.
  • Coordinate with other depts, including but not limited to Sales, Ticketing, Customer Care, Loyalty, ISD, Network Control Center, Airports Services, Revenue Accounting, and Treasury.

Training & development 

Cebu Pacific Air launched a training program for new pilots to secure requirements for its expanding fleet while broadening the pool of potential candidates by initially shouldering traditionally high tuition fees. Candidates will be carefully screened and will undergo a 56-week training program, after which they will become Cebu Pacific's first officers flying domestic and international routes.

About you

  • Open to fresh graduates with a strong background. 
  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree - ideally in business or finance-related majors 
  • Prior work experience in Revenue Management or equivalent especially in Airline specific revenue management, is a huge plus. 
  • Must be proficient in Statistical/ Economic Analysis.
  • Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in using MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • It must be detailed and results-oriented.
  • Must be a problem solver and a team player.
  • Must be comfortable working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
