Your role

  • Rotate to 3 different IT roles and assignments to increase technology and domain depth and breadth.
  • Be assigned a buddy and mentor to help you succeed in your role and assignments.
  • Go through various training and on-the-job learning experiences to accelerate building your technical and domain skills while already adding value to Chevron.
  • Worked in Chevron’s global teams handling resources across different countries.

About you

  • Background in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, and other computer/engineering-related courses.
  • Young professionals with less than 2 years of experience.
  • Excited to learn different IT tools and technologies.
  • Motivated to take various IT and Functional training.
  • Prepared to work with teams from multiple locations.
  • Possesses analytical thinking and strong communication skills
  • Awareness of the principle of the Scrum-Agile framework (preferred).
  • Open to fresh graduates.
