Your role

You will have the opportunity to work with product line teams across the IT Function. Responsibilities include:

  • Communication

  • Facilitation

  • Root cause analysis (RCA)

  • Driving learning teams

    You will use your analytical expertise to help understand the root causes of critical and major incidents and drive learning teams to uncover and recommend safeguards to ensure the delivery of solutions that are reliable, secure, cost-efficient, and responsive.

    You will partner with architects and product teams to ensure great customer experience and product innovation by continuous improvement of operational support; driving towards data-driven, self-healing operations.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or business-related discipline

  • Analytical troubleshooting, and RCA skillsets; knowledgeable with ITSM processes, especially Incident Management.

  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to summarize complex information into succinct messages for non-technical audiences, remaining calm under pressure.

  • Deliver results. Identify actions to reach needed results. Seek input to solve problems. Persevere through barriers and use logical thinking to find alternatives. Track progress and keep others informed.

  • Connect on shared goals, offering suggestions and solutions. Work collaboratively and seek diverse perspectives.
