Job Overview

The IT Horizons for ERP program focuses on roles within areas involved in the deployment and utilization of SAP products and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate to 3 different IT ERP roles and assignments to increase technology and domain depth and breadth within the ERP landscape (i.e., IT operations via incident management or SAP projects/enhancements; exposure to the different business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Enterprise Asset Management & Operations, Security).
  • Be assigned a buddy and mentor to help you succeed in your role and assignments.
  • Go through various training and on-the-job learning experiences to accelerate building your technical and domain skills while already adding value to Chevron.
  • Work in Chevron’s diverse global teams which comprise resources across different countries.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or young professionals with less than 2 years experience.
  • Background in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or other courses with strong technical/ quantitative discipline.
  • Excited to learn different IT tools and technologies.
  • Motivated to take various IT and Functional training.
  • Prepared to work with teams from multiple locations.
  • Awareness of the principle of the Scrum-Agile framework (preferred).
