Your responsibilities

• Analyze information and make recommendations based on data.
• Select the best pre-defined procedure to resolve issues and seek guidance when necessary.
• Escalate anomalies and issues in an efficient and timely manner.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Training & development

Citibank has its own training and development strategy. Their training strategy is consisting of three core areas.

1. On-the-job learning which takes 70% of the development program.
2. Learning through the relationship of exposure to others takes 20% part of the program.
3. Formal classroom training that takes 10% part.

On the other side, a formal classroom may only take 10% of the whole talent development program but it gives a great effect on employee development. The key component of the talent development strategy in this bank is leading-edge training.
