Drive availability of products for sale through the proper supply and inventory-keeping in the kitchens
Monitor availability of inventory in warehouse and commissary matched to the delivery lead times of transfers for central locations
Assist in the preparation of food and beverages in the kitchens while ensuring compliance with food quality and safety to provide quality customer service through the food
Coordinate with the Warehouse and Commissary on the status and schedule of deliveries
Ensure warehouse and kitchen storage cleanliness, correct storage, and smooth inventory handling
Prepare and maintain regular reports on inventory movement and quality
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Must possess a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or business course
Experience: At least 2 years experience in warehouse and inventory, preferably in an FMCG, retail, or F&B industry
Tech savvy; proficient in Google Apps (i.e. GSheet)
Startup mindset
Can work in an agile environment, 24x7 shifting operations (6-day workweek)
Willing to physically report to the office in San Juan NCR
