- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
- Ensure that equipment and tools are working and in good condition
- When necessary, order and purchase equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards (i.e. cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and atmosphere)
- Daily communication across many teams (Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Executive Management)
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience leading an e-commerce company’s logistics/operations or a large scale, high-frequency food service/food production business
- Familiarity with inventory, warehouse management software and high proficiency with Excel
- At least a graduate of bachelor’s degree in HRIM, business or engineering
