Identify problems in the day-to-day operations and ways to fix them
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
Ensure that equipment and tools are working and in good condition
When necessary, order and purchase equipment and supplies
Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards (i.e. cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and atmosphere)
Daily communication across many teams (Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Executive Management)
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience leading an e-commerce company’s logistics/operations or a large scale, high-frequency food service/food production business
Familiarity with inventory, warehouse management software and high proficiency with Excel
At least a graduate of bachelor’s degree in HRIM, business or engineering
