  • Manage the day-to-day office operations, such as but not limited to bills payment, housekeeping, pantry supplies and maintenance, office supplies, parking, reception, and coordination with the building maintenance
  • Perform executive secretarial duties for the CEO and the COO, which includes, but is not limited to, calendar maintenance, travel arrangement, handling confidential documents, and research

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree; open to fresh graduates who like research, data, and financial analysis
  • At least one year of experience in working with executives
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft applications
  • Tech-savvy and startup mindset
  • Willing to work in-site at BGC, Taguig
