Communicate with internal customs clearance department or external brokerage and stakeholders
Confirm HBL surrender
Shipment tracking, monitoring of milestones and event updates
Upload documents to ODM
Verify/update reserves for any additional accessorial charges and billing to client
To adhere to stakeholders’ requirements
To contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives
To do administrative, adhoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives. These are assigned by direct supervisor
About you
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree in any Business Field
Fresh graduates are accepted
Communicates effectively (verbal and written)
High attention to detail
Team Player
Is able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Good coordination skills and task/process oriented
Flexible and ability to work with minimal supervision
Has a logistics background
Understanding of sea freight Industry including basic freight forwarding knowledge such as INCOTERMS and interpretation of shipping documentation
