Your Role 

For this role, you will be at the center of it all, performing research, data analysis, and modeling to tackle complex business problems. You will also contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.

Your role is at the dynamic intersection of People, Technology, and Strategy. As a pivotal member of the team, you will actively engage in collaborative efforts that encompass:

  • Data Analysis: You'll dive into both structured and unstructured data related to people and organizations, extracting valuable insights and making sense of complex information.
  • Facilitation: Engage in high-impact labs with senior leaders to facilitate experimentation, strategic discussions and charter future paths and models.
  • Design: Contribute to the creation of initiatives, programs, and experiences that leave a lasting impact on the organization, with a strong focus on human-centered design principles.
  • Architecture: Assist in crafting modern, adaptable, and human-centric organizational structures, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Team Activation: Empower teams and employees to embrace new mindsets and innovative ways of working, fostering a new [target] culture.
  • Metrics Development: Develop cutting-edge methods and metrics for real-time monitoring of progress across various parameters that influence human effectiveness and well-being in the workforce.

 As a Consulting Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of organizations by bridging the gap between data, strategy, and human-centric design.

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

  • Available to commence work in October.
  • Graduating or graduated with a strong academic degree in Business, Entrepreneur, Economics, Psychology, Management, or related disciplines.
  • A collaborative and resilient team player who thrives on challenges, excels in complex problem-solving and eagerly embraces a fast-paced work environment.
  • A strong collaborator who is keen to learn from capabilities and perspectives that differ to their norm.
  • Having a strong executive presence to interact with CEO’s and Senior Executives.
  • Comfortable in analyzing large amounts of structured and unstructured data, demonstrating a strong analytical aptitude.
  • An effective communicator with fluency in English, comfortable engaging with global teams and clients.
  • An individual with entrepreneurial spirit, who takes accountability and pride in the work and the team they work with.
  • A passionate and purpose-driven innovator, committed to drive lasting change and make a significant impact in the workplace, marketplace, and society as a whole.

Training & Development

For this specific role, you will be part of the structured Deloitte SEA Graduate Analyst Program and be given a personal coach, the opportunity to undergo a 2-week intensive boot camp training aimed at equipping you with the skillsets necessary to excel, and opportunities to gain regional exposure by traveling across SEA as part of project assignments, and other professional development opportunities.
This program will allow you to develop core consulting skills and business acumen whilst gaining access to a wide scope of training and development activities. In addition, you will have an opportunity to work with like-minded people and gain exposure to a variety of projects within the chosen business area.
