Responsibilities

  • Provide database support for firm’s global client management database   
  • Add, edit or delete contacts within the global client management database
  • Add or edit activities within the global client management database
  • Upload files onto the global client management database
  • Provide administrative support for database relationship management
  • Provide administrative support to maintain and generate system reports
  • Provide client engagement administration support 
  • Send meeting initiations and/or follow up with the assignees for tax briefings
  • Update database
  • Prepare draft bills
  • Provide administrative support with engagement management
  • Provide engagement expense related support
  • Support corporate credit cards reconciliation process and petty cash claims processes
  • Uploading of data and receipts onto relevant trackers and portals
  • Provide support and undertake various administrative tasks
  • Timesheet tracking and maintenance of stationaries inventory
  • Understand the expectations set and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping own performance on track.
  • Understand how our daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development.
  • Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills, with stakeholders, clients and team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Studies, or other similar fields.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills 
  • Computer titrate
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Self-motivated with a disposition to take initiative and solve complex issues
  • Skill to analyze data and create necessary reports
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
