Your responsibilities

  • Process claims for staff member benefits; respond to queries and requests related to compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor staff members’ compliance with Deloitte People Network (DPN) requirements.
  • Process final pay release for resigned employees and monitor resignation tracker.
  • Send monthly updates to Finance for the crediting of staff members’ prepaid communication allowance.
  • Monitor list of, and send out congratulatory communication to, service awardees.
  • Perform other HR-related administrative duties that may be required from time to time.

Compensation & benefits

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Management, or similar field Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Above-average skills in written and spoken English.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong administrative and organizational ability.
  • Well-developed presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals.
  • Ability to build relationships with students, professors, and other members of the academic community.
