Logistics Assistant - Night Shift null

Job Description

• Assist in monitoring deliveries and coordinating with Sales and clients about delivery inquiries
• Prepare all necessary documents for dispatching, making sure all are accurate
• Update and maintain Delivery Disposition Report
• Ensure Logistics team properly executes all collections instructions from deliveries
• Assist in managing and monitoring fleet performance
• Ensure proper documentation of delivery receipts
• Monitor Logistics expenses and petty cash
• Canvas and purchase truck parts
• Performs other related work that may be assigned

Qualifications 

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree, Logistics degree is a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Self-starter but able to take direction, ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.

Schedule of work:

• Required to report to the office in Mambuga, Antipolo, Mondays to Fridays, 10 PM to 7:36 AM
