Working Hours at Emerson

Emerson is very flexible when it comes to work hours especially because I'm still currently a student. I just inform my supervisor beforehand if I have any academic-related commitments.

The company usually follows the standard 8 working hours. You can adjust your time when you like to do so as long as you'll be working 8 hours.

I spend 9 hours inclusive of an hour and a half break. You can inform leaders if there's changes in your work schedule, and you can even do split shift. It is flexible and convenient.

Working hours are just right. One thing that I love the most is it offers a blended work setup. It saves more of your time and money. The company is flexible in terms of working hours just notify your assigned team leader on your request.

My default shift is 9pm to 6am. Emerson is very flexible when it comes to working hours because you can request to change your shifts if you have an emergency or important thing to do. Just let your supervisor know ahead of time.

My core shift is 9am to 6pm but my training window hours are from 7am to 9pm. This working hour is fine, and the company is flexible in making things work to give me time and prioritize my school tasks.

The work hours is same with other companies. We work 8hrs a day from Monday to Tuesday.

It is very flexible. I get to go to the office whenever it's most convenient for me. They also offer split-shift, but I haven't tried it yet. Though I'm sure it would be helpful in the future if ever I need it.

Emerson has a flexible working hours, with each duty spanning 9 hours, including a 30-minute break and a 1-hour lunch break. They offer various working time zones, such as morning, mid-shift, and night shift. Depending on the team you are working with, they will assign you to a suitable working time, which i find very convenient.

It's convenient, because not too early and they value the time if you need to out early because of your school. It's not pressure like in other companies. And last, the blended set-up is a big help for us, because you don't need to go to the office every day.

I have flexible work hours. I can decide whether 8 or 9pm will be the start of your shift either Face-to-face or Work from Home. The important thing is to have a complete 9 hours of shift.

I work from 9pm to 6am Manila time. I get to log out after my work is done, and I'm not forced to work overtime. Our company really values work and life balance. If I have to work overtime, it is compensated, which is a really good thing.

Workings hours is 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm which is very flexible and has a working balance.

This company is promoting work life balance, thus they still implementing work from home option even though the pandemic is no longer that deadly.
