About the Role
As an Administration & Accounting Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sales orders are processed on time while living up to the company's mission in providing high-quality customer care. You will be the go-to person for providing administrative support to internal and external stakeholders, system account administration, database monitoring and support, and internal project support. Eventually, you will be performing more complex accounting tasks and reports.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Monitor and allocate the sales in-box.
  • Invoice processing and ensuring that all orders are processed on time
  • Preparing daily reports on sales and eventually conducting end-of-month sales reports
  • Work with the Key Account Manager on Contracts and Tenders and assist with the admin side of this process
  • Communicating and collaborating with the staff to organise, coordinate and ensure that all business systems and processes are effective and meeting the requirements of the general day to day operations and service delivery within the business.
  • Be the first point of contact internally for any IT issues. 
  • Monitor system performance
  • Provide Training on the use of the company's applications.
  • Continuous improvement (databases/workflows/system performance).
  • Internal Projects Support (e.g., NPC).
  • Assist in the lodging of applications for TGA certification.
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and reports as requested by management

About You

Position Prerequisites

  • Preferably with knowledge in B2B.
  • Must be highly knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • Knowledgeable in MYOB Exonet or other accounting ERP
  • PowerBI and SQL knowledge is not required but desirable.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Customer Service. 
  • Knowledgeable in networking, access management and hardware/interface management
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping
  • Computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
  • Able to prepare findings for sales team and management and translate results into better solutions.
