We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will effectively generate marketing qualified leads for the sales team through the creation of high-quality marketing content and resources, and execution of marketing campaigns and events so that the brand is positioned as a leader in the industry. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the creation and development of marketing materials.
  • Coordination of external web development projects and regular internal website updates, including case studies, blog articles and photography. 
  • Research, recommend and coordinate events for the brand to exhibit at, with well-organised plans and detailed execution.
  • Coordination and manage quality and brand consistency of external copy supplier's output.
  • Contribute to and strengthen our values and culture - live it! 
  • Execute and plan.
  • Ability to work independently with common sense and understands the business. 
  • Work closely with sales to produce marketing campaigns that assist their sales efforts.

Position Prerequisites

 

  • Be able to work with/have experience updating WordPress websites 
  • Preferably has experience working with HubSpot 
  • Be an exceptional organiser - able to scope projects, brief external stakeholders/suppliers etc. 
  • Education
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or similar

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people including senior persons and commercial businesses.
  • Excellent personal organisation and time management.
  • Customer/ client focus with the ability to respond well to changing circumstances.
