However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. This is why we are looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our Operations team!

What’s on the menu for you to do:

• Monitor customer transactions to identify fraudulent activities 
• Scope of work will revolve around: daily blacklisting routine (ad hoc fraud blacklisting request, loss and failed orders)
• Identify suspicious activity based on customer, rider and vendor behavior
• Create and invent fraud triggers to mitigate fraud cases
• Analyze and deep dive daily reports for possible missed fraud cases

What do you bring to the table?

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate knowledge in using Microsoft Office and/or GSuite Applications
• Intermediate skills in Presentation or reporting
• Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
• Basic SQL preferred, not required
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
