Golden Arches Development Corporation (“GADC”) is a domestic corporation engaged in the operations and franchising of quick service restaurant business under the McDonald’s brand in the Philippines. 

Your responsibilities

• Attends to payroll-related requests or concerns of employees and partner organizations; accommodates daily payroll inquiries on the government loan process, application, requirements, and status.
• Assists in processing DOLE's requirements for employment bridging programs and coordinates with partner organizations for payroll-related transactions.
• Handle inquiries and administrative works, maintain files and documentation of submitted requirements.
• Submits timely reports and prepares billings for monthly monitoring tranches and reconciles stipends with the Accounting Department.

About you

• A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a payroll department.
• Knowledge of payroll software is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good math and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team player.
