Could be better. Not as competitive as other companies. But it can somehow be classified as sufficient enough.

The Sabbatical Leave is a special type of leave credit available in GADC. This is equivalent to six weeks of paid leave and is granted to employees who have worked for the company for ten years. We also give out service awards starting at the fifth year of employment and going all the way up to the 35th year. As soon as we are hired by GADC, we are also eligible for employee discounts and rice subsidies.
